What does the recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process is straightforward. To get to this stage, we have already seen your CV / your application, once you have taken a read through this page (in full) you can choose a time and a date to jump on a call with one of our founders, ask questions find out more about the role and the process! After the call, if you like us and we like you we'll send you a sales executive agreement to sign, once signed you'll be introduced to our head of sales (William) and we'll get you set up on our software allowing you to sell!

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive at Streamz, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to deliver retail solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including gyms, schools, charities, businesses, events, influencers and many more. Your primary role will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients through a combination of phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings if required, with a strong emphasis on phone calling and our sales software. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and developing hot leads, and introducing these clients to our founders, Archie and Jimmy, who will help

finalise the sales.


Key Responsibilities of a Streamz Sales Executive:

1. Lead Generation and Outreach:

A) Proactively identify potential clients in target sectors and initiate contact through whatever means

you deem appropriate.

B) Utilise email campaigns and in-person meetings as supplementary methods to engage prospects.


2. Relationship Cultivation:

A) Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

B) Follow up regularly to nurture relationships and keep Streamz at the forefront of potential clients’ minds.


3. Sales Pipeline Management:

A) Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and progress with leads.

B) Qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to purchase, ensuring only high-potential prospects are moved forward.

4. Reporting and Communication:

A) Provide updates to the founders of Streamz on the status of the sales pipeline and lead generation activities.

B) Prepare detailed reports on engagement metrics, client feedback, and sales performance.


5. Collaboration with Closing Team:

A) Introduce hot leads to Archie or Jimmy, ensuring a smooth handover and comprehensive briefing on the prospect's needs and interests.

B) Work closely with Archie and Jimmy to refine lead qualification criteria and improve overall salesstrategies.


Earnings

A) For 1-5 sign ups your immediate commission is £100 per sign up.

For 6-15 sign ups your immediate commission is £120 per sign up.

For 15+ sign ups your immediate commission is £140.


B) For sign-ups over £250+VAT you will receive your relevant tier (as shown above, either £100, £120 or £140) plus 40% of anything over £250. For example, if you sign someone up for £1000+VAT and you’re on tier £140, you’ll earn £440 in total.


C) For our larger clients such as our influencers, streamers, singers, bands, events, when we forecast that these clients will sell a large amount of products over the course of our relationship, we tend to waive the initial starting fee. Sales executives will receive 10% for items sold from their client with Streamz rather than

a start-up fee. As an example, one of our Influencer Clients that we signed up in November 2024 would have earned a Sales Executive £7000 in just 6 weeks of sales on this structure and we anticipate that the 10% commission incentive.


D) We also offer Clients our in-house design service, provided by our in-house designers Oscar and Sunny. This service has a cost to it, usually £150 but it is important to mention these services to the larger clients as a good design will result in more sales for them.

The Service that you’re selling:

A) Back story: Archie and Jimmy attended the same CrossFit gym during covid, they wanted to buy some T- shirts from the CrossFit gym to train in, upon talking to the owners of the gym the only sizes left were XS and XXL in the worst selling colours and designs. The gym owners explained that this was because all their profit

was tied up in the remaining products that were not selling. They had invested thousands of pounds in merchandise, they had to design it themselves, take delivery of it, store it in their reception, sell it, deal with returns or broken items and sell the remaining unwanted sizes and colours in order to earn their money back

before re-investing in more merchandise to sell. They explained to Jimmy and Archie that not selling merchandise was simply not an option, they had to sell merchandise to keep the gyms culture, increase advertising and brand awareness in the local area and ultimately, to earn more money. This got jimmy and

Archie thinking, both of them had successful businesses in various fields and they decided to tackle the merchandise industry, with one clear goal in mind: To remove the barriers to entry to selling merchandise for small businesses.


The outcome: Streamz offers businesses, organisations and individuals the opportunity to sell merchandise without the hassle. Streamz creates a unique branded online store (which will look like the customers’ existing website or brand) Streamz will design merchandise and upload products to this store.


Clients can advertise their store by linking it with their website, socials, email campaigns, QR codes in their premises and much more. Customers visit the page and buy the product online directly from Streamz.


Streamz takes care of the design, manufacture, stocking, fulfilment, shipping, returns, customer service and much more. The customer receives the products to their home within 5-7 days and the Client receive a share of their profits every month.
